Shipping Times
For orders within the United States and that are $500 or more, we offer complimentary 2-3 day Gold shipping. All orders will typically be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and/or text message with your tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please keep in mind that if you place an order during peak season, November and December, that delivery times may be delayed a few days due to the amount of orders being processed by the shipping carriers.

Shipping Carriers
We only use UPS to ship our orders. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages, or damages caused during transit.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address when placing an order on our website.Please take the following steps to ensure accurate address entry:
- Double-check your shipping address for accuracy, including the recipient's name, street address, apartment/suite number, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and other relevant details.
- Ensure that your shipping address is complete and up-to-date to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
Additional Costs and Consequences:
If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address, resulting in additional costs or complications for the delivery, Mezzi Studios reserves the right to pass on these additional charges to the customer. These charges may include, but are not limited to:
- Return Shipping Fees: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
- Re-shipment Fees: In cases where a package is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped to the correct address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment fees.
- Address Correction Fees: If we are charged by the carrier for address correction, the customer will be billed for these additional charges.
- Delayed Delivery: Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery, and Mezzi StudiosI is not responsible for any inconvenience or consequences arising from such delays.

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@mezzistudios.com. We will make every effort to update the address if your order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, additional charges may apply.
